It shall be sole responsibility of the consumer purchasing the device to look out
& obtain the required license from the prescribed local / state authorities for
the operation of digital surveillance through GPS Trackers & are subject to the
provisions of the law of the land & shall ensure that the device shall not be misused
illegally or immorally resulting in digital invasion of private rights and privileges
& the company, under no circumstances shall be held responsible for any such illegal/immoral
acts/deeds. However, the company reserves the right to initiate punitive action
under the prevailing cyber crime laws against such persons.
