 What is GPS Tracking?

Our device uses the Global Positioning System to determine the precise location of a vehicle or other asset to which it is attached. The position is recorded at regular intervals and is transmitted to a central database using a cellular (GPRS) modem embedded in the unit. This allows the location to be displayed on a map in real-time or over a span of time in Control Center.

 How do I SignUp?

Enter your full Name in first textbox. Enter the User name in second textbox in ( format. Enter the registered mobile number in third textbox. Set the login password in fourth textbox .Reenter the password in fifth textbox.Select the checkbox to agree to the RelyEon Informatics Terms & Conditions , Privacy and Disclaimer.  How do I Login?

In the Login Page,Please enter the username in first textbox. Enter the password in second textbox and click on Login button.

 I have forgoten my password, how can I reset it?

Please click on the Forgot Password Link. Enter the UserName in first textbox. Enter the Registered Mobile Number in second textbox. Click on Submit button.

 How to install the Relyeon App?

Click on "Download Android App" button. It will redirect to Google Play store. Click on the Install Button. After Clicking the install button Application will be installed in your Phone.

 Why I have to pay a yearly subscription?

This includes the SMS/GPRS, MAP, server maintenance, internet and our development & support charges.

 Is there any restriction on Tracking?

No, there is no restriction on tracking.

 How many vehicles may I add to my account?

There is no limit to how many vehicles that can be tracked by RelyEon Portal.

 What type of Internet connection do I need?

Any 2G connection or high-speed connection that you would use today is sufficient.

 How much time does it take for Installation ?

Installation generally takes 30 to 45 minutes depending on the complexity of the vehicle. The higher the model the more time it takes for installation since wiring has to be done in a proper way.

 Does this device affect the warranty of my car ?

No, our devices are installed fully in compliance with technical staff. We don't cut any wires in the vehicle making it warranty safe.

 What is the Limit of GPS Tracker ?

Since our devices work via satellites a GPS Tracker can go anywhere in the world. This totally depends on the GSM Network , if the SIM card in the GPS Tracker is restricted to India then the SIM will only work in India if it's a global roaming SIM then it can work all over the world.

 Where can I check the location of my car ?

Our system is a fully online web based system, you can login to view your car details from anywhere in the world.

 What Maps do you use ?

Our system uses Latest Google Maps Version 3. These are the best in the industry so far.

 Can I see where my car was some days back ?

Yes, Of course all the data is stored on our servers for a period of upto 2 Months depending on the Monthly rental plan. You can see exactly where your Device(Car,Bike,Truck ect..) was at a given point of time.

 Do I need to buy SIM Card ?

No, Sim card is provided with our GPS Tracker.

 Can I install the Tracking Device myself ?

We would recommend this device to be installed by a trained professional of the company. You can install this device if you are fully aware of the wiring in a car.

 How much time does it take for Installation ?

 What is the Power Source of a tracker ?

The device gets its power from the battery of the vehicle.

 What if anyone disconnects the tracker ?

Don't worry , in case of disconnection you will get sms alert on your registered mobile also our GPS Tracking systems will draw power from their internal battery which can last upto 4 hours.

 How do I use the service?

When you purchase your GPS Tracking System from Digilog Systems, one of our representatives will walk you through how to use the system. At that time, we will answer any questions you have.  Where can I find a vehicle tracking device on my car?

Our tracking units can be fitted to a number of different places on your vehicle and we will never alert you to the location. Only the fitment agent will know where it is located. This is for your safety and security.

 Can the tracking device be fitted to any make of vehicle?

Yes, our tracking devices are compatible and can be fitted to all makes and models of passenger, commercial and heavy goods vehicles.

 Will the tracking unit need to be serviced and is there a service contract?

All tracking devices come standard with a one-year warranty. Testing is required for Tracker Retrive and Alert products at least twice a year and it is recommended that tracking units are tested after any accidents or after significant electrical work has been carried out on the vehicle.

 What happens when I sell my vehicle? Can I transfer my Tracker from one vehicle to another?

There are a few options to choose from when selling your vehicle and choosing what to do with your tracking device. You can transfer the tracking system to your new car. You can sell the vehicle complete with the tracking device, in which case, the new owner will take over your old monthly subscription. Please call the RelyEon Call Centre for more information.

 Will there be extra premiums or charges if the vehicle is stolen more than once?

No. We understand that it’s out of your control if your vehicle gets stolen.

 Do I need to give an approximate location of the stolen vehicle when notifying Tracker of the theft?

No, this isn’t something you would be able to determine. We can track your stolen vehicle irrespective of its last known location.

 What warranty does Tracker offer?

Our products offer a 12-month warranty. If it becomes inoperative during that time due to defective components, poor workmanship or design, Tracker will replace the device, free of charge. If the device has been tampered with in any way, worked on by a non-authorised Tracker installation agent or if it was damaged in an accident, this warranty will become null and void. You can insure your tracking device.

 Can I get alerts on my mobile ?

Yes, Our devices has the facility to send alerts on certain situations like some extra shaking or an accident happence or some one trying to take away the vehicle when the vehicle is in sleep mode.

 Can I stop the vehicle when it is running?

Yes, you can need to send immobalize command from the RelyEon Portal or RelyEon Android application. so when the vehicle come to the speed less than 20 km/h the vehicle automatically stops.

 How can I make vehicle mobilize after Immobilization?

Need to send the command to mobilize the vehicle from the RelyEon Portal or from the RelyEon android application.
